It’s a Lunch Break! On a HarPitNas for kambing’s sake!
So, I say, lets pig out. Err…. I mean.. goat. Err.. wotever.
Peserta Maksibar di harpitnas yang cerah ini adalah : Q, Pipu, Uthe, Rini and me. Should be with other plurkers, but unfortunately they can’t make it.
Since this is my first time here at Sate Kambing (Muda) Casmadi, I have the rights to be Kalap.
Ate 10 skews, but still wanting more. So I asked for another 10 for take away.

Simple Egg Tart
May 11th
This is my most favorite dessert of all time.
A). Bahan Kulit :
1. 200 gr Tepung Terigu
2. 50 gr Gula Halus
3. 1 butir Telur (kocok lepas)
4. 100 gr Unsalted Butter
Cara Mengolah Bahan Kulit :
Aduk Tepung, Butter, dan Gula, remas remas, tuang Kocokan Telur, remas dengan tangan, sampai adonan lembut, bulatkan.
Ambil sedikit adonan, bulatkan dengan diameter 3 cm, letakan di dasar di Loyang Pie gelombang, tekan tekan dengan jari jempol.
Ratakan seisi Loyang. Sisa dari proses perataan, satukan lagi dengan adonan.
Tusuk dasar adonan dengan garpu. (Hati hati jangan sampe sobek atau bolong ke dasar Loyang)
Sisihkan. (Sisa adonan, bisa dibikin cookies
)
B). Bahan Isi :
1. 3 Telur
2. 80 gr Gula Halus yang sudah dilarutkan di 100 ml air matang.
3. 1000 ml Susu UHT
Cara Mengolah Bahan Isi :
Campur Susu, Air Gula, dan terakhir Telur, kocok pelan sampai rata, (tanpa mixer)
Saring isi dengan saringan, 2 kali. Tuang ke cetakan yang tadi disisihkan,
Panggang di Oven yang sudah dipanaskan di 160 c , selama 20 menit.
Keluarkan dari Oven, diamkan sebentar, Lepaskan dari Loyang.
Enak disajikan hangat dan dingin.
Fusilli Creme Cheese

Sepanjang siang dipejing neng chint karna panik creme cheese’nya expired. Kebingungan mo masak apa. Gw dengan santainya bilang, Mac and Cheese aja. Thus, neng ‘ngaduk’ didapurnya, while continuously chatting with me on BBM, until her Mac and Cheese is done.
Daaaaan malemnya, giliran gw bengong di depan kulkas, liat 1 pack Creme Cheese yang expired on 1 May. *hyaaaak* telat 2 hari.
Gantian gw yang panik. Melebihi nengchint. Since, it was 9. PM, MiniMart terdekat jauh dari rumah, Telor tinggal 3, Susu Cair tinggal 50 ml. Basi pulak. Wot to do? Ya udah, bikin lah Mac and Cheese super Ngasal. Karna ga ada Macaroni, namanya jadi Fusilli Creme Cheese.
Rebus 125 gr Fusilli pake garam dan sedikit minyak.
Heat frozen Mixed Vegetables
Di sauce pan, .aduk 20 gr tepung terigu dengan Butter yang udah dipanasin. Lantas, tuang susu. Aduk sampe kental, angkat dari kompormeleduk, tuang Creme Kental, Creme Cheese, bumbui dengan garam, merica, bubuk pala.
Tuang Fusilli dan Mixed Vegetable ke adukan creme cheese, ratakan.
Tuang ke Pyrex yang sudah dioles butter, sprinkle with Tepung Roti.
Oven, 180 c, 20 menit.
Lebih enak lagi pake smoke ham/sosis/bacon kering yang dioseng.

Simple Banana Cake

Well, actually, this is not my 1st. So, lets call it, “My 1st Successful Banana Cake” I’ve tried baking a banana cake before, taste awfully wrong! (Bantet abeeeez).
Since then, have been determent to make a scrumptious Banana Cake for Ollie. Now that my girl is suffering wot-so-called Persistent Diarrhea, she has more limitations on what to eat. She has to avoid Milk or Oats until she is A-OK.. I’ve search high and low for that certain recipe, The one that I can make and store when I have to leave my girl at home, daily. At 8-ish pm, I hurriedly gathered all the ingredients and , and it was done by quarter to 9 pm. I don’t have Muffin Cups/Pans to make this cake looks like muffins, but this cake taste Yuuuummmmy!! I love my Bananacake! Thanks Meif, and Baker Lee!
