Lamb is Good© (the Concert)

It’s a Lunch Break! On a HarPitNas for kambing’s sake!
So, I say, lets pig out. Err…. I mean.. goat. Err.. wotever.
Peserta Maksibar di harpitnas yang cerah ini adalah : Q, Pipu, Uthe, Rini and me. Should be with other plurkers, but unfortunately they can’t make it.
Since this is my first time here at Sate Kambing (Muda) Casmadi, I have the rights to be Kalap.
Ate 10 skews, but still wanting more. So I asked for another 10 for take away.

Simple Egg Tart
May 11th
This is my most favorite dessert of all time.
A). Bahan Kulit :
1. 200 gr Tepung Terigu
2. 50 gr Gula Halus
3. 1 butir Telur (kocok lepas)
4. 100 gr Unsalted Butter
Cara Mengolah Bahan Kulit :
Aduk Tepung, Butter, dan Gula, remas remas, tuang Kocokan Telur, remas dengan tangan, sampai adonan lembut, bulatkan.
Ambil sedikit adonan, bulatkan dengan diameter 3 cm, letakan di dasar di Loyang Pie gelombang, tekan tekan dengan jari jempol.
Ratakan seisi Loyang. Sisa dari proses perataan, satukan lagi dengan adonan.
Tusuk dasar adonan dengan garpu. (Hati hati jangan sampe sobek atau bolong ke dasar Loyang)
Sisihkan. (Sisa adonan, bisa dibikin cookies )
B). Bahan Isi :
1. 3 Telur
2. 80 gr Gula Halus yang sudah dilarutkan di 100 ml air matang.
3. 1000 ml Susu UHT
Cara Mengolah Bahan Isi :
Campur Susu, Air Gula, dan terakhir Telur, kocok pelan sampai rata, (tanpa mixer)
Saring isi dengan saringan, 2 kali. Tuang ke cetakan yang tadi disisihkan,
Panggang di Oven yang sudah dipanaskan di 160 c , selama 20 menit.
Keluarkan dari Oven, diamkan sebentar, Lepaskan dari Loyang.
Enak disajikan hangat dan dingin.
Lazy Bones

It’s not that I’ve been busy or anything, it’s just that sometimes, your bones can catch one of those lazy virus.
Just look at my work station today. Piles of papers and documents meant for filling, end up scattered on my desk, for days and weeks. My excuses are: I just don’t know where to start, and I just don’t have the time.
No doubt, this is one of my weakness. I may be quick and efficient as a PA, but am not that meticulous when it comes to Filling.
Sure I’d like a neat records management, Pronto! I’ll just have to put my mind and will into it. Wholeheartedly.
Weekend – 102

It’s Sunday!
The options are either lazying around the house or going out and about in some malls.
Today, Edo chose Mangga Dua. He has some software he needs to buy.
And, look what I found for Ollie! (Dance)
A set of 3, Ollie’s most favorite characters on Sesame Street at IDR 50,000.
She’s so happy with it.
Weekend Tell Tale
May 8th
Ouuch! I have missed a few days to blog! Now I have to roll out my sleeve and get to it, starting today.
I was invited by Phillip & Erly to attend their son’s 1st birthday.
It was held at Puri Saco, Ragunan.
I knew from the moment I received the invitation, Ollie and I will have to go with Chintya instead of Edo.
The reason? Yes, it is far from Pondok Bambu.
Regardless the location; I was determined to go. I know it would be fun for Ollie. It would be something new for her. I know the fact that for toddlers and even kids, attending birthday parties are an occasion not to be missed.
We arrived pretty late to the party, it was around 3 p.m. She just can’t wait to run inside…
When we came, it was just in time with “tiup lilin” and “Piñata break”. The piñata was in form of Mickey Mouse (too bad I didn’t capture it). Inside the piñata was loads of candies and snacks. Kids are eagerly gathered around the piñata like a flock of little herds. Hahaha.
Looking over enthusiastic bunch of herds, Ollie clings and holds me very tight during the whole piñata break moments. She might be puzzled by the sights, and I too, not intended to have an “all you can grab” Sweet treats.
After the “tiup lilin ceremony” and the “Piñata break”, kids are told to line up for the goody bag. Uh Oh! This part is my favorite!!
The girls of course get the pink ones, and the boys get the blue one.
Following it, food has been served at the buffet table, and kids running to their favorite Odong2 and Ollie pick the Motor Bike instead the stuffed animal. This is her 1st Odong2 ride loh :p

At 5 pm, the kids are at the swimming pool, and its time for the adults to party.
Disclaimer: Objects on a Mobile Camera may appear greater than they are in reality. I just had a half glass of Baileys, but I did make Ollie sort of tipsy the next morning. (and Yes, Ollie still breastfeeding. Your questions answered).
